Everything You Need to Know
1. Return policy - no exceptions
Absolutely no order cancellations. Please don't ask me twice, I have mentioned this many times throughout my store. I have sacrificed my time, materials, and energy to work on your ritual/spell.

2. Reply to email or chat
Most times, I will reply within hours, but I will make sure that you get a reply within 1 to 3 business days.
I work Monday to Sunday from 0900 to 1700. Please keep in mind that I don't have time for drama, negativity, scams. To allow my business to run smoothly, I keep back and forth messaging to an absolute minimum. Messages are checked a few times a day.
Absolutely NO free advice. I don't chit chat or respond to unnecessary messages as I am a full time practitioner and value my time. If you have an issue that requires advice, ask about a paid consultation. I do NOT disclose how my work is performed.

3. Are you going to send the after ritual picture?
I will send you the part of my altar. Some of my demons and spirits don’t like their homes to be captured by camera. I have to respect that. I guarantee you that all your orders are being completed carefully, thoroughly, with maximum efforts.
4. What should I do after the ritual?
I will let you know what to do. I will provide follow up and supervision to you up to 5 days after ritual is being completed.
5. Is your spell permanent?
There is no such thing as a permanent spell. You must take action to make the situation permanent. For example, if you want someone to be yours, with the help of my magick, you must take action to make that relationship legal. Therefore, he/she will become permanently yours. Some spells like career, or medical spell need to be renewed every now and then to ensure its potency.

6. Who are you? What is your true identity?
My life is hidden due to the nature of work that I am doing. I do not have Facebook, TikTok, instagram, snapchat, etc. My clients are worldwide based. I have several online shops and I work directly with all my clients. I have large number of clients and I try to accommodate all of them professionally and no compromise in quality.

I cannot reveal my true identity because throughout my career, I have made and broke relationships. I sent disease and illnesses to people. I granted healing. I made businesses failed. I created success and abundance to my clients. I have loyal followers and also haters. I accepted it as my fate. I have been a powerful witch not only in this life time, but also in many of my previous life times.

7. When do you work on the spell/ ritual?
I work at night because my power and the power of my spirits are enhanced during midnight until the sunrise.

8. Why your rituals are so expensive? Are you greedy?
SPIRITS, DEMONS, ANGELS will never work for free unless it is a mutual benefit. In order for you to obtain helps from my spirits you must provide offerings. The cost I requested will be used to buy offerings for the spirits. Also, to pay for my rare and unrivaled skills, as well as, the sleepless nights I have to endure in working on the rituals.
